The Weaver string Quartet was formed in
1988 by Paul. The quartet has played at many venues in London and the
surrounding Counties. Their large repertoire of music ranges from Classical
to Modern. They are available for functions, private dinner parties,
weddings, christenings, cruises etc.
After twenty five years serving in H.M.Welsh Guards Band, playing e-flat tuba
and as a cellist in the orchestra playing for Royal occasions such as
investitures, state banquets and the Wedding for Diana and Prince Charles,
Paul has channelled his experience into his quartet. It may be of interest
that three of the Elvis songs, "Unchained Melody", "Can't Help
Falling in Love", "It's Now or Never", are arranged and played
by the string quartet.
